1. Who you are buying from

This site is published by Nick Invests ("we", "us") and is the information page for the e-book described on it. The book itself is sold through Gumroad, and Gumroad is the merchant of record for every purchase. That means your purchase contract for the book is with Gumroad, and Gumroad's own terms apply to the transaction alongside these.

Anything to do with an order, including receipts, access to your files and refunds, is handled through Gumroad. The receipt Gumroad emails you at purchase carries a link to contact us about that order, and that is the fastest route to a person.

2. What you are buying

The e-book "The Money Ladder" is a digital product delivered as a PDF file after payment. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to read and use it. You may not resell, share, republish or redistribute it.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record for the sale and handles the collection and remittance of any applicable sales tax, VAT or GST. Your card details are handled by Gumroad under its own terms and privacy policy, and we never see or store them. Prices are shown in US dollars.

4. Not financial advice

The book and this site provide general financial education only. They are not personal financial, investment, legal, accounting or tax advice, and they are not a recommendation to buy or sell any security or financial product. We are not licensed financial advisers, and buying the book does not create an advisory, fiduciary or professional relationship of any kind.

Every projection in the book is arithmetic based on an assumed rate of return that is stated on the page. It is not a forecast. Investments can fall as well as rise, past performance does not predict future results, and you may get back less than you put in. We make no promise about any financial outcome you will achieve.

Before acting on anything in the book that involves a significant sum, a tax decision, a pension or a debt you cannot easily unwind, seek advice from a professional who is licensed in your jurisdiction and can review your actual circumstances. Any decision you make remains yours.
